AfroKombb, run by Bossware IT in Ghana, keeps only what it needs to run bookings, and protects it. We follow Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we keep
- Everyone: name, phone number, email, and your bookings.
- Clients: addresses you type for home visits, and a map pin only if you choose to share it.
- Barbers: store details, photos, working hours, payout account, and Ghana Card plus selfie for the ID check.
- Payments: amounts and references. Card and Mobile Money details are handled by Paystack; we never see or keep them.
Who sees what
- A barber sees your name, and only after accepting your booking, your phone number and home address. The same works the other way.
- Your first name and review are shown on the barber's page.
- ID photos are private: only the AfroKombb team can see them, and every view is recorded.
- We share data only with the services that make AfroKombb work (Paystack for payments, our email and SMS providers for messages), and with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
